Rental eligibility
To rent a vehicle, the main driver and each additional driver must meet our eligibility requirements at pickup.
- Drivers must provide valid identity documents and a valid driving licence accepted in Spain.
- Drivers must meet the minimum age and licence-holding period shown for the selected vehicle.
- We may refuse handover if documents are missing, expired, unreadable, or inconsistent with the booking.
Driver age requirements
The standard minimum driver age is 18 unless a higher age is shown during booking or required for a specific vehicle category. Young-driver or premium-category conditions may apply.
Driving licence requirements
Drivers must present an original, valid driving licence. If the licence is not issued in a language or format accepted locally, an International Driving Permit or certified translation may also be required.
Booking process
A booking is created when the customer submits the reservation form and receives a booking reference. Vehicle availability, price, extras, pickup details, and cancellation terms are confirmed according to the details shown at checkout.
Payment terms
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing details and ensuring that the selected payment method is authorised. Additional local charges, deposits, fines, tolls, fuel, or damage costs may be charged when applicable.
Vehicle usage restrictions
Vehicles must be used lawfully, safely, and only by authorised drivers. Vehicles may not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, paid transport without approval, driving under the influence, illegal activities, or travel outside permitted areas without written permission.
Fuel policy
Unless a different policy is shown at booking, vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. Missing fuel and refuelling service costs may be charged after return.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the vehicle, keys, documents, accessories, traffic fines, tolls, parking charges, cleanliness, and timely return during the rental period.
Damage and accident reporting
Any accident, theft, breakdown, damage, warning light, or third-party claim must be reported to us as soon as possible. The customer must also follow local legal reporting requirements and provide police or accident reports where required.
Liability limitations
Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by our breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed travel plans, loss of profit, or events outside our reasonable control.
Reservation modifications and cancellations
Changes are subject to availability and may affect price. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the Cancellation and Refund Policy referenced during booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any mandatory consumer rights under Spanish or EU law remain unaffected.
