Cancellation process
Customers can request cancellation through the manage booking page using the booking reference and last name, through a secure booking email link where available, or by contacting support.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the booking status, payment status, cancellation policy selected at booking, and timing before pickup. If no payment has been collected, no refund is due.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider as soon as practical after cancellation. Bank and card processing times vary and may take several business days after the refund is initiated.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be unavailable for late cancellations, no-shows, invalid or missing driver documents, breach of rental terms, unpaid charges, or situations where the selected booking option is marked non-refundable.
Force majeure
If events outside reasonable control affect a booking, such as severe weather, public authority restrictions, strikes, safety issues, or service interruptions, we will review the case fairly and may offer a refund, credit, or alternative arrangement where appropriate.
