Required documents at pickup
At pickup, the main driver must present the booking reference, a valid identity document or passport, and any payment card or verification details reasonably required to complete handover checks.
Driving licence requirements
The main driver must hold a valid driving licence accepted in Spain for the selected vehicle category. If the licence is not issued in a locally accepted language or format, an international permit or certified translation may also be required.
Security Deposit
A Security Deposit may be required before vehicle handover. The amount depends on the selected vehicle, protection package, rental profile, and payment method. The applicable amount is shown during booking or in your booking summary.
Return inspection and release
After the vehicle is returned, we carry out a return inspection covering condition, fuel or charging level, mileage, accessories, and any additional rental charges. If no extra charges apply, the refundable deposit balance is released or refunded according to the original collection method.
Possible additional charges
Extra charges or deductions may apply for vehicle damage, missing fuel or charging, excess cleaning, missing accessories, traffic fines, tolls, administrative handling, late return, or any other unpaid rental charges connected to the booking.
